KEY TERMS
WORKING WITH TENGYANGConcentric Formulations Astrolabe
The chemistry decides what the adhesive sticks to and what temperature it survives. The supply form decides how it reaches the joint on your equipment.
Thermoplastic Polyurethane
Elastic seams that stretch, recover and survive repeated washing.
Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate
A broad family; softening point and melt flow are matched to your press.
Polyamide
Copolyamide grades, including powders for scatter and paste-dot coating.
Polyester
Copolyester grades for polyester fabrics and nonwovens.
Polyolefin
For PE and PP surfaces, usually paired with corona, plasma or flame pretreatment.
Hot Melt Adhesive Film
A continuous layer for full-coverage bonds on flat-bed presses and roller laminators.
Hot Melt Adhesive Web
An open nonwoven net that keeps laminated layers breathable and soft.
Hot Melt Adhesive Powder
For scatter coating and paste-dot lines on textiles and nonwovens.
Hot Melt Adhesive Granule
Pellets for melt tanks, extruders and coating heads.
Where Our Hot Melt Adhesives Are Used
Each application bonds a different pair of materials, from fabric and foam to leather, film and board. That pair, plus the temperature the finished product sees in use, is where every recommendation starts.

01
Your Line Has the Final Word
A datasheet narrows the choice; a trial on your own press, substrates and line speed decides it. That is why we send samples of the candidate grades before any order.
-
02
What You Test Is What We Supply
The grade, width, thickness and release liner you approve in the trial go into the order, together with the acceptance criteria you tested against.
-
03
Cost per Good Part, Not Price per Square Meter
The cheapest adhesive per square meter is not always the cheapest per finished part. A grade that raises your reject rate costs more than the one it replaced.
-
04
We Tell You When Hot Melt Is the Wrong Choice
If the joint runs hotter than the adhesive can take, carries structural load between rigid metal parts, or needs a gap filled, we say so before a failed trial does.
