Bond Exposure Comparison

Compare an initial joint result with its result after the exposure you specified. Use the same measurement unit and a comparable test setup for both values.

Enter your trial values, then calculate.

Calculation and interpretation

Retained result (%) = exposed result ÷ initial result × 100. Change = exposed result − initial result.

A value above 100% is possible; report it without calling it a pass. This tool does not predict service life or supply an acceptance limit. Record exposure time, environment, specimen identity and failure location separately. Values must be 0–1,000,000,000; the initial result must be at least 0.000001 to keep the ratio within the supported numeric range.
